Terms of Service.

Final images will be sent to Event Host as a purchase gallery link for attendees to purchase full resolution digital downloads. At this time, Joyful Paws ATX only offers digital downloads. Watermark will be removed on purchased images.

All images, original and processed, remain the sole property of Joyful Paws ATX. It is illegal to copy or reproduce any photographs, either physically or digitally, without Joyful Paws ATX’s permission. Violators of this federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. The Client may not download or take screenshots of any digital image produced by Joyful Paws ATX without legal permission. The Client will not receive any RAW files and may not edit the work nor remove watermarks. The Client may NOT submit any photos taken by Joyful Paws ATX for use in contests without the expressed written consent of the photographer beforehand. This license does not cover that consent.

Special Event Terms.

Joyful Paws ATX is limited by the guidelines of event officials and/or event location site management. The Client agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on Joyful Paws ATX.

Joyful Paws ATX is to be the sole professional photographer at the event. It is understood that Joyful Paws ATX will be the only one allowed to photograph the event. In which case, amateur photographers may take photos during the event if they do not interfere with the contracted Photographer and are not shooting the Photographer’s same shots. If a problem arises with any guest or attendee(s) the On-site Event Contact will be advised to handle the situation politely for the Photographer by enforcing the conditions of this agreement.

The Client is responsible for the conduct of the guests. Joyful Paws ATX will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior, nor will Joyful Paws ATX share time or compete with guest photographers for the attention of the subjects. Unchecked guest conduct that interferes with photography will seriously affect the quality of the photographs taken and may lead to loss of a number of photos.

A full Event Contract will be provided to The Client via email upon contact and agreement on event dates.

Digital Image License.

These images can be used to promote your pet's modeling/acting career, Instagram Influencer account, or any other social media for your pet. Images posted on social media must be credited to Joyful Paws ATX (Instagram/TikTok: @olivias.awesome.dogs or Facebook: Olivia Vescovo). They cannot be used to promote a business you own (for example, if you are a dog walker or dog trainer) even if you use your pet as a business mascot. All images, both physical and digital, when purchased or provided to the client are for personal use only/your pets individual promotion. No commercial use by the client is permitted under this license, including but not limited to resale, promotion of personal business, or use in contests or exhibitions, or viral media licenses through a third party.
